Use the data needed to serve the purchase. No more than that.
This notice describes the current data handling around Personal Pricing Engine — Handyman Edition v1.0. Buying the product does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Controller and contact
The customer-facing service is operated under Handyman Tools / Más de una puerta from Spain. Privacy and support requests can be sent to acceso@masdeunapuerta.com. The Legal Information page explicitly identifies which controller/seller legal-identification details are still pending; until those real details are supplied, legal identification remains incomplete.
Data used for the transaction
- Email address: delivery, purchase recovery, support and transaction communication.
- Stripe identifiers: Customer ID where created, Checkout Session ID and PaymentIntent/related payment references for verification, refunds, disputes and accounting.
- Purchase record: product/version, purchase time, payment status and fulfillment status.
- Digital-delivery choices: the checkout metadata recording the request for immediate delivery and acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe; this product site does not store card numbers or CVCs.
Support and feedback
If you contact us, we process the email address and the content you choose to send so we can answer, resolve the issue, handle a refund/privacy request or understand product feedback. Please do not send payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Technical and network data
Hosting, security and network providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser/request metadata and server/security logs as part of delivering and protecting the site. The product's own application does not currently build a marketing profile from those logs.
Why the data is processed
- to perform the purchase contract and deliver/recover the workbook;
- to comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
- to protect the transaction, prevent abuse and handle disputes;
- to answer support, refund and privacy requests;
- where you separately choose to provide feedback, to improve the product.
Retention
Transaction and business records may be retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and commercial law; Spanish commercial documentation can require retention for six years. Support/feedback correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue, document the relationship or defend legal claims, and may be deleted or minimized when no longer needed. Payment providers and hosting providers apply their own legally permitted retention periods to data they process.
Processors / service providers
- Stripe: payment processing, Checkout, payment/customer identifiers, refunds and disputes.
- Hostinger: website hosting and the operational mailbox used for delivery/support.
- Cloudflare: DNS/network/security services where traffic uses those services.
GitHub is used to deploy source code but is not intended as storage for customer purchase records or support messages.
Cookies and similar storage
The current PPE site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. The checkout-confirmation page uses a necessary server-side session mechanism for CSRF/security and service operation. The language preference uses local browser storage and a first-party preference cookie so the selected language can remain consistent through the purchase flow. Necessary technical/preference storage does not act as marketing consent. Stripe Checkout is a separate Stripe-hosted service and may use its own necessary/security technologies. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are added later, they must not be activated before the appropriate consent architecture is implemented.
Marketing
Purchase, delivery, recovery and support messages are transactional. Buying PPE does not opt you into promotional email. If an optional marketing list is introduced later, it will use a separate opt-in and a simple unsubscribe route.
Your data-protection rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and can raise concerns with the competent data-protection authority. Send requests to acceso@masdeunapuerta.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing purchase data.
