These terms apply to the purchase of Personal Pricing Engine — Handyman Edition v1.0 from Handyman Tools / Más de una puerta.
Product and price
You are buying one digital copy/license of Personal Pricing Engine — Handyman Edition v1.0 for $49 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
What is delivered
The delivered file is Personal-Pricing-Engine-Handyman-v1.0.xlsx. It contains 00_START, 01_BUSINESS_BASE, 02_PRICE_A_JOB and 03_WORKED_EXAMPLE. Delivery is made after Stripe confirms successful payment, through the success page and a transaction email containing a recovery/download route.
Technical requirements
The workbook requires software capable of opening XLSX files. Microsoft Excel is the reference environment. Compatibility, formatting and formula behavior can differ in other spreadsheet applications. The internal v1.0 workbook labels are in English.
What the tool does
The workbook calculates break-even, protected cost, minimum price, target price and related job-pricing outputs from information you enter. It is a deterministic decision-support tool, not an automatic market-price, tax, legal, accounting, CRM or technical-estimation service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering reasonable business/job inputs, reviewing the outputs before relying on them, estimating the technical duration and costs of your own work, and complying with the tax, licensing, contractual and regulatory obligations that apply to your business.
License
The purchase permits normal internal use by the buyer and the buyer's own small business/team, plus reasonable backup copies. It does not permit resale, redistribution, public sharing, publication of the workbook, marketplace distribution, white-label resale or transferring copies to unrelated businesses.
Updates and future versions
Your purchase is for v1.0. Future major versions, web products, Google Sheets versions or other editions are not automatically included unless we expressly say otherwise. Nothing here promises lifetime updates.
Delivery and access
Keep a local backup of the downloaded workbook. The recovery service is provided to help restore access to verified purchases, but these terms do not promise permanent cloud hosting of the file for life.
Refunds
Our voluntary refund policy provides a full refund request window of 7 calendar days from purchase, subject to the rules stated in the Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Immediate digital delivery
Before Stripe Checkout, the buyer expressly requests that digital delivery begin immediately after payment and acknowledges that, where legally applicable, beginning delivery may end a statutory withdrawal right for this digital content. The transaction email confirms these choices.
Support
Support covers purchase/access/download issues, basic documented usage questions, reproducible workbook errors, refund/privacy requests and feedback. It does not include individualized pricing consulting, tax/legal advice, technical job estimating, custom spreadsheet development or unlimited implementation.
Seller identity
Customer-facing brands: Handyman Tools and Más de una puerta. Support: acceso@masdeunapuerta.com. The Legal Information page explicitly identifies which seller-identification details are still pending. It must not be read as complete legal identification until the real legal name, tax ID and legally required address/registration details are supplied.
